I really wish you all the best and hope you have learnt much from your time in RP and appreciate CRM as well as EQ. Thank you for the invaluable feedback which will help shape my reflection. It's a joy to have you in class for these semesters. Thank you :-) Retail Mgmt Faci : Liyana, indeed you did well for UT2 and it can only get better with more preparations done. Daily grades were mostly consistent and your ability to constantly verbalise your thoughts in discussions showed you were confident of your abilities. All the best for UT3.
